The interchangeable PONY Flair needle tips in this set are made from sustainable maple wood. A hand-painted lacquer made with natural dyes creates a unique, coloured pattern on the needles. Needle painting is a traditional craft that has its roots in Persia and is now only practiced in a small area in India. No chemicals are used during the production of the Flair needles and the needles are completely biodegradable. The smoothly finished needle tips feel silky soft, are easy to hold and guarantee a fantastic knitting experience. The tips with a brass screw part are connected to a flexible, extra-soft plastic cable, which will not kink or twist during knitting. The unique, patented GLYDON joint between thr needle tip and the cable ensures a seamless transition, so you can knit smoothly in the round. You do not need any tools to secure the needle tip to the cable, you simply tighten and loosen them firmly by hand. With the included end stoppers you can quickly change the circular knitting needle into single pointed knitting needles. The cable connector allows you to screw several cables together to create a longer cable. The set is packaged in a beautiful handmade case made of soft pink and dark blue felt that closes with a press fastener. The case has pockets for the different sizes of interchangeable tips. A protective flap covers the tips when you close the case. Inside there is also a larger pocket for the cables and a separate felt envelope in which you can safely store the supplied accessories.
